We collect names and mobile phone numbers solely for the purpose of coordinating pickleball matches, providing match invites, and sending member updates. This information is collected directly from you when you complete a player profile or text our join keyword to our dedicated number.

Your information is used to:

• Deliver transactional match invites and RSVP links.
• Send critical schedule updates (e.g., weather cancellations or venue changes).
• Provide periodic promotional updates regarding tournaments or pickleball gear.

3. Third-Party Sharing (SMS Compliance)

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal data to third parties. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. Opt-Out and Frequency

You may opt-out of all SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any of our messages. For additional assistance, you may reply HELP or contact jason@alwayspb.com. Message frequency varies by user activity, up to 20 messages per week. Standard message and data rates may apply.
